Please join Maureen and Framework practitioner Sandy Bailey at the Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children's (VTAEYC) annual conference, where they will be speaking about the Framework as it relates to helping children foster healthy self-esteem.
Many children develop feelings of inadequacy as they progress through their years of schooling. Ellen Tadd's Framework for Wise Education® is an innovative methodology that addresses the underlying causes of low self-esteem in children. It offers new strategies to counteract this negative impact.
Tadd has studied the fundamental role of the human energy system, or chakra system, in healthy development. The chakras are energy centers that reside in the human energy field and correspond with the physical body. Together, they deal with all aspects of our being – including our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Good focus and concentration, inner confidence, and emotional steadiness are all examples of a well-functioning chakra system.
Tadd’s Framework uses her discoveries to support children's well-being and potential--in any setting. At Creative Lives, we (and those we train) have applied this approach with remarkable results for children struggling with low self-worth, shyness or aggression in relationships, and accompanying stress.
