Ongoing Support

As part of our overarching body of training, we offer ongoing support to those who have become certified in Ellen Tadd’s Framework for Weiss education®. Depending on the level of certification, one is eligible to receive different types of ongoing support.

Those who have completed Foundations-1 and are a certified Framework Trainee are welcome to join our monthly Peer-learning Symposiums.

For those who have completed Fondaions-2 and are thus a certified Framework Practitioner, we offer one-on-one supervision and site visits to your facility/school/classroom.

Monthly Peer Learning Symposiums

Monthly symposiums provide graduates of our courses an opportunity to stay connected to one another and practice what they have learned. The peer-to-peer learning at these virtual community gatherings builds on the partner and group work conducted in our training. It provides real-time insight and suggestions about applying the Framework.

To support the learning process, a Framework Facilitator oversees all symposiums. However, these gatherings are primarily opportunities for community building and peer learning.

Virtual Mentoring

Mentoring provides in-depth one-on-one virtual support in the Framework to those who have obtained Practitioner certification. Working with a mentor provides one with assistance and insight into the real-world scenarios they are grappling with as to how best to apply the Framework to a given situation.

Site Visit

Those who have obtained Practitioner certification can schedule a Site Visit with a Framework Consultant to observe their application of the Framework. During these visits, a Consultant observes the Practitioner’s application of the Framework and may step in to provide concrete real-time examples of what may be helpful in said situation/environment.

Site Visits are scheduled and purchased on an as-needed basis; the cost varies depending on location and length of visit.
