Creative Lives Cohort Program:
Team Training in Our Pioneering Approach
The Creative Lives Cohort Training Program is a team-based professional development experience designed to help educators deepen their understanding of whole-child development and apply that understanding consistently in real classrooms and learning communities.
By training alongside colleagues, educators build shared language, shared practices, and shared responsibility—making it far more likely that new learning takes root and leads to meaningful, lasting change for students and adults alike.
Who the Program is Designed For
This program is designed for:
Teams of educators from the same school, district, or organization serving students PreK–12
Educators navigating increased behavioral and emotional needs
Schools experiencing staff stress, burnout, or fragmented initiatives
Teams seeking a coherent, developmentally grounded approach that supports both learning and well-being
No prior experience with holistic or whole-child frameworks is required—only openness, curiosity, and a commitment to growth.
What Your Team Will Gain
Participants walk away with practical new tools to support their own well-being and help students thrive by:
Relieving anxiety and discouragement
Developing focus and wise decision-making
Building responsibility and healthy peer collaboration
Cultivating emotional steadiness
Strengthening self-worth and intrinsic motivation

Why the Cohort Model Works
Training as a cohort amplifies impact. When educators learn together:
Collective application reinforces learning
Shared strategies strengthen collaboration
A unified, whole-child lens builds consistency and community
This shared experience is a key reason the Cohort Program leads to durable, school- or team-wide change.
