Foundations 2:
Applying A Framework For Wise Education®
Foundations-2: Applying a Framework for Wise Education® deepens your grasp of, and ability to apply, Framework tools and strategies. Throughout this course, you will discover specific ways to use Framework principles in individual and group settings with children ranging in age from toddlers to high schoolers. Additionally, you will further your knowledge of the Framework as a cohesive system for delivering a holistic approach to learning and understanding child development.
Building on what you learned in Foundations-1, you will directly apply Framework principles to mock scenarios. You will also observe, assess needs, and apply framework strategies with two young people (Or with adult colleagues if you are not currently Working with young people).
This course applies to educators, academic administrators, coaches, social workers, child-care providers, etc. Successful completion of Foundations-2 grants you Framework Practitioner status. This certification enables Practitioners to apply for our Framework Facilitator Internship towards becoming trainers in this approach.
Completing Foundations-2 earns 50 professional development hours (5 CEUs). Creative Lives also partners with Antioch University and Southern New Hampshire University (for students in NH, VT, and MA) to offer one graduate credit for an additional fee.
Successful completion of Foundations-1 is a prerequisite for enrollment.
